Made By’s exhibitions will take many forms: digital stories, community pop-ups, travelling displays and, eventually, permanent gallery experiences.
Each begins with research, objects, photographs, memories and questions worth exploring. This is where those discoveries will begin to take shape—and where you can follow the stories as they grow.

In 1872, A. G. Churchill travelled through Lindsay and communities across Victoria County, gathering names, occupations and observations—and making them rhyme.
Follow the eccentric shoemaker-poet into markets, mills, hotels, workshops and foundries. Meet the people he named, look for the workers behind them and discover what one extraordinary little booklet preserved.
